Use one verified central account. Account sharing, false identity information, self-bidding, collusion, and bid manipulation are prohibited.
Planned buyer rules
Bid only after reviewing the full lot record.
These are implementation targets, not active transaction terms. A live lot must display its final rules, fees, evidence, and fulfillment method before bidding is enabled.
Binding bids
A valid manual bid or proxy maximum is a commitment to pay if you win. Proxy maxima are private; tie priority goes to the earliest accepted maximum.
Inspect before bidding
Review condition, known defects, ownership evidence, images, location, viewing options, fees, and pickup or delivery terms.
Payment
The planned full amount and buyer fee are due through TTPay within 48 hours. Checkout is not active today.
Pickup or delivery
Pickup is due within five business days. For shipped items, release follows confirmed delivery. Never confirm handoff before receiving the item.

Use the support and safety page for suspicious listings or a transaction concern. Formal disputes are not live yet.
