Support and safety
Pause and report anything that does not match the published lot.
Formal transaction disputes, evidence uploads, and pickup support are not active until the auction lifecycle launches.
Protect private information
Never send passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials, or unredacted identity and ownership documents through feedback.
Keep payment on-platform
DealzTT payment is not live. Do not treat off-platform payment requests as an approved DealzTT transaction.
Planned dispute path
A launched transaction will preserve the lot snapshot, bid audit, payment record, handoff evidence, and operator decision. That workflow is still backend work.
